Our Signature Black Box
This box contains a 2 Year Naturally Aged Cheddar – Sweet and nutty with a pleasant sharpness; our signature cheddar flavour. As well as a 4 Year Naturally Aged Cheddar – A distinct sharpness and a slightly more complex flavour with a drier, crumblier texture. Or, a 5 Year Naturally Aged Cheddar with an intense bite, a full robust cheddar with a more pronounced salt crystallization.
Combined with our famous Ghost Pepper Cheddar – A real fan favourite using ghost peppers to add medium heat to a creamy cheddar and a Marble Cheese – Smooth and mellow, a colourful family favourite.
Our Signature Blue Box
This box contains an Old Naturally Aged Cheddar – Firmer texture and slightly tangy; a real comfort food. As well as a 2 Year Naturally Aged Cheddar – Sweet and nutty with a pleasant sharpness; one of our signature flavoured cheddared cheese – Dill and Garlic are carefully balanced to create a guaranteed crowd pleaser.
Combined with our signature Medium Cheddar – Slightly firmer texture and more pronounced flavour than our milder cheddar flavour; beautifully balanced.
